Outer opening not protected. Observed a sweep needed installed at the back door to eliminated the gap that could allow insects rodents, and/or other pests to enter the facility.

Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the FSO or RFE. Observed no chlorine sanitizer present in the facility.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed the handwashing sink not being anchored in place. Anchor the handwashing sink so it is not moveable and seal the gaps between the sinks and wall.
