3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Obseved build up on cooler door gaskets, cooler door handles, interior and exterior surfaces, wire racks over 3 bay sink, speed rack used for baked items.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Regularly clean and sanitize surfaces of all equipment in the facility.
