Critical Food contact surfaces were not easily cleanable, or not designed/constructed properly. Observed cardboard stored under the three compartment sink.
Multiuse food-contact surfaces shall be smooth and accessible for cleaning and inspection without being disassembled, by disassembling without the use of tools, or by easy disassembling with the use of handheld tools.

Observed improper storage of food items. Observed some coffee items stored on the floor.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
