Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed no food thermometer on the premises.
Purchase a food thermometer to ensure proper temperatures are achieved.

Corrected During Inspection Observed packages of pizza boxes stored on the ground.
Store all single use food contact items at least 6 inches off of the ground to prevent accidental contamination from the premises.
