[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed rubber cleaning gloves drying on the rear handwashing sink. PIC removed the gloves, and stated the rear handwashing sink was rarely used, as the front sink is much closer to the cook line.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. PIC stated she did not pass last time. Was advised ServeSafe is now doing on-line testing for level 2 and there may be an option for taking it in Mandarin.

3717-1-04.4(S)(1) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - use limitation.
Repeat Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Observed single use wooden skewers with sauce staining on them, like they may have been re-used. PIC discarded all skewers in question.

3701-21-25(I) / Person in charge certification in food protection
FSO did not have a person in charge per shift with the person in charge certification in food protection. Observe no employee with a person in charge certification in food handling.
