Critical TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. The glass door True cooler is holding string cheese at 52F and has an ambient air temperature of 55F at time of inspection. TCS foods must be held cold at 41F or lower at all times. PIC called for service at time of inspection. PIC discarded string cheese, deli sandwiches, lunchables, breakfast sandwiches, and a stuffed pretzel at time of inspection.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Magic Chef chest style freezer in the storage room is a home use only appliance. All equipment used in a licensed food facility must be commercial grade and NSF approved or equivalent.
