Critical TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Phillys steak and cooked egg patties are 44F in the sandwich prep cooler at time of inspection. TCS foods must be held cold at 41F or lower at all times. Manager stated that a repair technician is coming today to fix the cooler.
