[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the back and some tiles missing. Repair any leaks and replace ceiling tiles with vinyl coated tiles that are smooth and easily cleanable.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-09(B) / Facility layout and equipement specifications - acceptable equipment
Observed the use of equipment that has not been approved. A homestyle dishwasher is in use at the bar. Operator stated that this is used and then dishes are hand washed. This is not an acceptable practice and dishes may only be washed, rinsed, and then sanitized using the three compartment sink.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved as specified under paragraph (KK) of rule 3717-1-04.1 of the Administrative Code.
