[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap.
Critical Observed the air gap between a plumbing fixture and a piece of equipment that was not sufficient to prevent back siphonage of contaminated water. Observed garden hose left in place and loose end down below the flood rim of the drain box. Observed a backflow device on faucet. See below for corrections.
To prevent contamination, an air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture, equipment, or nonfood equipment shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than one inch (25 millimeters). Staff to remove some of the garden hose on the loose end and cut off so that there is at least 2 inches air gap between it and the drain box (flood rim). Staff was shown issue.
