[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed a carton of eggs stored above jugs of milk. Store eggs on the bottom shelf to prevent potential cross contamination. PIC moved the eggs to the bottom shelf.

3717-1-04.4(N)(1) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Observed the sanitizing bay of the three compartment sink having a concentration of chlorine below 50ppm. Observed the spray bottle of bleach having a concentrating above 200ppm. Chlorine concentration shall be between 50 to 100ppm for safe sanitizing of food contact surfaces. PIC adjusted the concentrations until both were between 50 to 100ppm.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. Observed a gap at the bottom of the exit door by the utility closet.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed the wall needing repaired and repainted above the reach in cooler and freezer. Observed the back corner restroom sink needing resealed to the wall.
