3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed bottle of ibuprofen stored on a shelf above a work table in the bakery area. Poisonous/toxic materials including medicines shall be stored away from food and food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: PIC relocated the medicine.

3717-1-04.1(A) / Equipment and utensils - durability and strength.
Non-durable equipment observed. Observed rusty storage shelves in the area near the hotboxes. Repair/replace shelves so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damage to the floor throughout the facility. Observed floor damage around the drain near the kettles. Repair/seal the floor so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
