Facility under a scheduled water shut-off and boil advisory.

Upon inspection NO hand washing had been established.
Handwashing must be established with warm water (100F), soap and hand towels. Water must be potable and free flowing. A portable hot water hand sink should be utilized
Ice machine, coffee, soda, juice and cappuccino machines must be turned off
Any equipment that is directly connected to water lines may not be used.
Restrooms must have signage that indicates that the facility is under a boil advisory and supplied with hand sanitizer
Only the three compartment sink may be used with water that has been boiled for 5 minutes. or potable water that has been hauled in.
All produce must be washed with potable water that has been boiled for 5 minutes.

All requirements must be able to be met for facility to operate or an alternate plan for operating must be submitted to the Health Department for review.
