[52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed a box of disposable cups as well as Cambro containers stored on the floor of the hallway area. All single use items and food equipent must be stored at least 6 inches up off the ground at all times to prevent contamination and to allow for proper cleaning.
