3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed water damaged ceiling tiles and missing ceiling tiles in the back room.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repair any leaks and then replace water damaged ceiling tiles with vinyl coated tiles.
3717-1-09(B) / Facility layout and equipement specifications - acceptable equipment
Repeat Observed the use of equipment that has not been approved. Observed a homestyle dish washer, a crock pot, george foreman grill, etc.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved as specified under paragraph (KK) of rule 3717-1-04.1 of the Administrative Code. Remove all cooking equipment that is not commercial grade and NSF approved or equipment.
