Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods (meat balls 122F) not being hot held at the proper temperature in steam well. Meat balls were reheated to 165F and steam table was turned up in temerperature.

Corrected During Inspection Employees items (purse, drinks, keys, backpack) improperly located.
