Food supplier is Papa Eli's from Michigan. Business plan submitted and approved. Mr. Ibrahim Haddad is the owner, he was on site delivering and controlling food. Level one food safety completed Menu today - hamburgers, strawberries, and celery with ranch. All temperatures were acceptable today - below 41F and above 135F. Probe thermometer available for monitoring and recording temperatures. Hand-washing sink stocked with supplies Gloves available for handling food Mix the available bleach with water to 100ppm - use chlorine test kit to verify concentration.
