Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed two leaks under the three compartment sink.
Repair the plumbing and sinks so there are no leaks.
3717-1-06.2(I)(2) / Lighting - intensity (20 FC)
Light intensity less than twenty foot candles in required areas. Observed an employee washing dishes in the three compartment sink with the lights out. It was nap time and the lights were off to help the children sleep.
Turn the lights on when performing actions requiring light, such as washing dishes, food prep, and general cleaning. When the lights are out, you cannot tell if dishes, floors, etc... are actually clean, and if food is being protected.
