Critical Repeat Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed food debris on the blade of the can opener. Clean the can opener after use to ensure it is clean and ready to be used. If it is not cleaned immediately, place the can opener with the dirty dishes to be cleaned.
