* MECHANICAL DISH-MACHINE WAS SANITIZING @ 50 TO 100 ppm CHLORINE IN THE FINAL RINSE.
* DISCUSSED THE NEW REGULATION UPDATE WITH P.I.C. AND LEFT A COPY WITH THE OPERATOR.
