Follow-up inspection to Nov 07, 2024 Front cake coolers were at 4C and 3C. Under counter cooler #4 was at 3C. Tongs will be located at both sides of the bakery cabinet. Facility is granted Health Approval to operate. Condition of permit - Take Out Only. Note this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies. Prior to modifying the facility or changing services, contact the Health Department for approvals.
