Observation: Prep. cooler (front of the customers) has to be serviced because it is leaking up to now. Observed water on the floor and in the low cavity; a container under the prep cooler catching water.

Observation: Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer measured at over 400 ppm in concentration. 200-400 is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Correction: Staff diluted the food sanitizer to 200-400 ppm. Ensure proper dilution is being followed when making food sanitizer.

Observation: Prep. cooler (near a back wall) at 6.1 deg C (low cavity) and 7.4 deg C (top).

Correction: Immediately. Repair/adjust the prep. cooler. Temperature of the cooler must be below or at 4 deg C.

Observation: A tap for hot water is broken. Hot water is unavailable for a proper hand washing.
