Observation: Minor rodent droppings observed on floor behind green bins and one by packaging area. Pest control compnay visits monthly.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings,sanitize areas, and monitor. Work closely with pest control company.

Observation: 1. Back bay door is open at time of visit.
2. A hole is noted at a corner by packaging area.
