| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on September 27, 2024, regarding Care and Supervision, and Records and Reporting. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, observations and a review of documentary evidence. It was confirmed that staff in the program used inappropriate behavioral guidance with the children. Licensing determined the following contravention: Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR), section 51(1)(a) - Behavioral guidance |
