-Front counter under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Condiment prep cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy hopper was at 4C.
-Customer display cooler was at 4C.
-Front counter under counter freezer was at -13C.
-Back storage upright freezer was at -18C.
-Customer area freezer was at -20C.
-Creamer stored on ice.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Food items are time tracked and are discarded after 1, 2, or 4 hours.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and hot air dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until 11/04/2024

-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan posted at the facility.
-Facility has a customer limit of 7 - posted at the front entrance.
-Self-service dispensing of food/beverages is open. Hand sanitizer located by the self-service stations and signage posted reminding customer to sanitize their hands prior to use and to physically distance.
