Observation: Operator is addressing pest issue however a significant amount rodent droppings still seen throughout premises.

The following has been done:
-Food from dry storage room has been removed.
-Contaminated food has been discarded.
-Dead mouse has been removed.

*Deep cleaning to be carried out today.
Corrective Action(s): Continue doing the following:
-Place ALL dry storage food in pest proof containers.
-Check for droppings and mice daily and remove immediately.
-Sanitize all contaminated surfaces.
-Sanitize all utensils and surfaces prior to using.
-Keep a log of pest activity.
-Consult pest control company and increase visits if necessary.
-Inspect premises for rodent entry points and seal.
-Add all equipment (including any that is not routinely used) to the cleaning schedule.

Premises must be free of pests.
