Routine Inspection - Application status change from sole proprielorship to a corporation. - Obtain complete & submit an application with certificate of incorporation. - Permit fees paid via phone. During the inspection upstairs - Handwash station stocked in liquid soap and paper towel. - Cooler below 4C - Quats sanitizer available. too strong. Ensure Quats sanitizer is at 200ppm. Use test strips Downstairs - Handwash station satisfactory - Cooler below 4C - Freezer reaches -18C except stand up freezer at -13C - Hot holding above 60C - FS trained staff on Drj - General sanitation satisfactory Note: Dishwasher didn't reach 72C at the dishwasher because the dishwasher was just turned on.
