Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles measured with a concentration of 0 ppm Quats. It was observed the sanitizer dispenser was not working properly.
Corrective Action(s): Staff manually diluted 200 ppm Quats sanitizer from stock bottle. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces in the kitchen.

Observation: Minor signs of rodent droppings noted behind the dough mixer in the kitchen and under the shelving units in the dry storage area. Professional pest control reports available.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the aforementioned rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for any pest activitis and follow instruction from professional pest control. Correct by: today.

Observation: 1. Sanitizer dispenser unable to dispense any level of Quats sanitizer. It was observed the rubber line was empty and not drawing up any solutions.
2. One prep sink at the back kitchen unable to provide any cold running water.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Service / fix the sanitizer dispenser. In the meantime, manually mix for 200 ppm Quats sanitizer (4mL of solution mixed with 1L of water). Correct by: Sept 15, 2023.
2. Service / fix the aforementioned prep sink to ensure hot and cold running water are provided. Correct by: Sept 15, 2023.
