Routine inspection conducted with owner Alf Krause
- 2023 sample range report unable to be provided due to database being unavailable through Health Space - ensure 4 samples are submitted - 2 samples every 2 weeks during busy season - monthly sampling in slow season November - May
- full chemical submitted September 2022 - all parameters tested at that time were within or below the guideline limits
- well pit dry - cap secure - stick up < 1ft - well cover in place
- distance from well to closest septic system approximately 150 ft to mobile unit
- septic systems - no issues - last pumped September 2023 by Mainland
- Annual Report - required to be made available to all users
- water quantity - no issues over the last year
- Backflow preventer - last tested November 2022 - next scheduled November 2023 to send report
- VFD - no issues with pump - set to 45-50 psi
- manual generator for water system - gas powered - used twice last year
- no frozen lines or pressure drops over the last year
