Follow up inspection: Corrected items: Staff in the deli are now FoodSafe equivalent certified. Structural changes were made to prevent the entry of rodents into the facility. The most recent pest control report was reviewed. They are coming onsite three times per week. A new dishwasher was installed and it reached 74 C at the plate level (71 C is the minimum temperature) Outstanding items: Install a working thermometer in the chicken hot holding case (the current thermometer is an oven thermometer) Record the chicken cook temperatures.
