CORRECTION ORDER RESCINDED - No food equipment observed to be stored in back outside unapproved storage area next to garbage. EXCELLENT WORK. Used as staff area and storage for extra chairs as permitted by FHA. ITEMS CORRECTED: - Facility has had extensive cleaning throughout - EXCELLENT WORK. Visibly cleaner in back area including inside coolers, dim sum cooler racks and shelves, walls throughout, floors, ceiling, storage area etc WELL DONE - Facility has removed all extraneous food equipment from outside back area. Continue to maintain this high level of sanitation! EXCELLENT WORK!
