| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on May 7, 2024, regarding Care and supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered and reviewed through interviews. It was confirmed that Staff 1 used inappropriate behavioral guidance strategies with children. Therefore, the following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulation was determined: Section 51(1)(a), Behavioral Guidance. |
