Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 06, 2024.
-Cooked foods are now cooled with ice mixing wands. Two ice mixing wands were observed in the walk-in freezer. Did not observe foods cooling at the time of inspection.
-Handwash station in the back was accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at the time of inspection. Additional liquid hand soap dispenser and single use paper towel dispenser have been installed by the 3-compartment sink.
-Accurate thermometers have been placed in the customer cooler units by the deli.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the kitchen. Ensure staff complete daily cleaning and the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
*Staff are still recording chemical concentrations for the dishwasher incorrectly. Staff have recorded values of 110ppm and 120ppm. Test strips are only able to test 10ppm, 50ppm, 100ppm, and 200ppm - only record values which can be tested.
-Garbage containers should be accessible without constantly touching the lid. Lids can be removed or a hole can be made in the lid to allow for access to the garbage can, without handling the lid.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
