- Water was seen leaking from under the dishwasher

Comments

Initial Inspection for change of ownership. No changes to the layout
of the facility, menu, or overall operations.
- Received approved floor plan, food safety plan and sanitation plan.

Temperature controls :
- Reach in cooler : 3°C
- Reach in freezer : - 18°C
- Prep cooler : 3°C
- Display cooler : 4°C
- No hot holding at the time. Soup sales have been discontinued for
the season.

General :
- Running hot and cold water is available.
- Front hand wash station is supplied with liquid soap and
paper towels.
- Back hand wash station is fully supplied however the hot water
pressure is low and unable for facilitate proper handwashing.
( See violation 308 )
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.4°C for final rinse
temperature at the plate level.
- 200 - 400 ppm QUATS sanitizer is available.
* Have EcoLab recalibrate the concentration to fall between
200-400ppm, not above this range.
- Pest control contract is in place with Abell for monthly service.
-> Forward the last three reports to the EHO for review.
- Operator has valid food safety training.

Health approval is granted today.

This does not exempt you from obtaining
approval from other required agencies.
