-Operator has submitted copy of floor plan, completed application form and certificate of incorporation. -As discussed, the walk in cooler with water being pumped into it onto the floor (and continuously draining/re-circulating) is okay as long as water from the floor does not splash onto any of the crates/packages of produce/fruits. This could be reversed in the future if any sanitation or other concerns arise. *HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED TO OPERATE*
