Observation: Rodent droppings (old and newer) were observed in the walk-in cooler, back storage area, and shelving units in the customer area.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to have facility serviced by a professional pest control operator to control and eliminate the pest infestation.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to November 05, 2019.
-Facility continues to be serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Service reports indicate the pest infestation is improving.
-Condiment packages are being stored in pest proof containers with fitting lids and staff are conducting inspections of the store on a daily basis.
-Both new and old droppings are still being observed in the facility. Continue to clean and sanitize all areas affected with rodent droppings. Monitor facility for evidence of pest infestation (rodent droppings after cleaning, food packages being torn, food with bite marks, etc and contact pest control services as required.
-Continue to implement of recommendations of professional pest control operator to present further infestation.
*Unable to access electrical room at the time of inspection - key for the room did not unlock the door.
