Routine inspection conducted with Admin Sandra:

Bacteriological sampling:
- Provided sample range report from January 2021 to May 2022 and reviewed with admin.
- Bacteriological sampling met Schedule A and B of the Drinking Water Protection Regulation.
- Reviewed sampling site locations and frequency.

Chemical sampling:
- Most recent chemical sample results are from 2019. Chemical analysis is required every 5 years for deep wells.

Reviewed requirements for Annual Report. Sample results kept in office.

Contact info for Emergency Response & Contingency Plan contact sheet updated. Emergency Response and Contingency Plan kept in office – as discussed, EHO to email an updated template.
Well head viewed. No concerns. Source is a deep well.

Treatment is 30 micron filter > 5 micron filter > UV.
Filters and UV bulb changed in March 2022 by contractor. Pressure tank and control box also changed. Maintenance records kept in pump house. Spare filters and UV bulb on site.

According to staff: No issues with water quality or water quantity. No recent water complaints. Well was not impacted by November 2021 flooding events.
