Kitchen floor needs replacing. many parts of the surface are worn through to the ground. Operator has agreed to change it and has asked for a few months to complete task. routine inspection will be conducted sometime in march 2025 to check on progress. some minor cleaning needed on walls as well. no other concerns at this time.
