Follow up conducted to initial inspection. Ceiling tiles have been replaced. Ceiling found in good sanitary condition and made of smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean material. Floor tiles installed in the wooden plank area. Prep sink tap has been serviced. No leakage observed. Thorough cleaning has been conducted. Back kitchen area found clean & organized. Please remove meat slicer and meat grinder as these items are not part of facility operation. White cooler has been replaced with new one. Cooler compartment @0.6C and freezer @ -22.6C.
