Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of bleach tested at 0ppm. Operator made a new solution of bleach in the spray bottle tested at >100ppm. Ensure to always make a new solution of bleach sanitizer daily to ensure the correct sanitizer concentration is reached.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both hand wash stations in the kitchen lacked liquid soap. Operator obtained new soap for each station. Ensure all hand wash stations have hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the room where the hot water tank unit and hand wash station is stationed.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the rodent droppings. Clean floors routinely especially underneath and behind all equipment. Seal gaps behind sinks and walls.

2. large accumulation of grease inbetween the stove unit and deep fryer
