Follow-up to initial inspection (Report 254126) conducted on November 18, 2024. Flooring in processing room has been re-done and is acceptable. BAseboards are missing. Wall junctions need to be sealed - please address this prior to starting. Holes have been filled in. Drop ceiling has been installed. Pest control contact in place. Equipment specifications provided. Hand sink located at the two compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Bleach and sanitizing wipes (Steriwipes DIN 02500787) available. Two compartment dishwashing poster provided to staff. Storage shelves available. Once electrician is done their work, do a deep clean and sanitizing of premises. Remove all items not needed for premises. Approval to Operate granted. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other regulatory agencies. (i.e. City of Surrey, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Canadian Grains Commission etc.)
