Mayonnaise squeeze bottle stored directly on food in the prep. cooler.
Corrective Action(s): All personal belongings must be stored away from prep. areas. Immediately. Remove cell phone from the cutting board and sanitize it.
All food must be stored safely. Do not double stack if food is not covered.

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Cleaning has been conducted.
However, ensure that food debris removed from the bottom of dishwasher (motor/water drain part), as well as from a torn rubber baseboard in the dry storage area.
Sanitize chopping board that located on the prep. cooler. It is very dirty. If it is not possible to achieve - replace it.

Recommendations:
- Please keep the premise clean and organize. Cleaning must be ongoing.
- Doors for the front display cases must be closed. Do not leave it open if no customers.
