3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed a build up of dirt and debris in hard to reach areas, underneath and around equipment. A deep cleaning is needed of the entire kitchen facility. Increase cleaning efforts throughout the kitchen space
