[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 21-August-2019

1. Water clarity and disinfectant residuals meet minimum code requirements.

Pool was observed closed at time of inspection due to the change in hours since school has started.

Discussion with the GM was held about the water level and possible leak in the pool with the disinfection system. Nick said he would voluntarily close the pool until the water level is restored.
Discussion was held with EH Director and Pool program manager about the situation. TPCC was directed to close the wading pool the rest of the season due to the possible leak and public health hazard risks. A follow up will be conducted on Friday 8/23/19 to ensure the pool is closed.

TPCC should have someone come out to detect where the leak is and consult with ODH for further direction on correcting the problem. The problem needs to be corrected before the next pool license is purchased.
