[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Vac Alert test results and service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. PIC tested the Vac Alert and it fuctioned properly and was recorded.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not on the pool deck.
Add depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was measured at 7.9.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. It was measured at 125 ppm
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
