[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Chlorine was fed manually to the pool during inspection. Residual climbed to 5-6 ppm within ~20 minutes.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. pH reading on ACC remained unchanged during the inspection even tho pH was decreased from 8.1 to 7.4. ACC was not feeding chlorine to the pool at the time of the inspection even though the ORP was low.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection ORP reading of 465 mV was below the minimum reading of 650 mV required by code. Low reading caused by low (no free) chlorine residual in the pool.
Increase chlorine residual in the pool so as to increase the ORP reading. Chlorine residual increased during inspection. ORP reading increased from 465 mV to 708mV.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Inspector could not locate weekly pool operation reports in the pump room during inspection.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Corrected During Inspection pH reading of 8.1 was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. (ACC pH readout was 7.85.)
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Pool water treated during inspection. pH dropped to 7.4.
