Chemicals added to the pool other than those used for disinfection were not being recorded.
Facility records must indicate when chemicals, other than disinfectants, are added to the pool water.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
ACC test results/service records were not maintained.
The ACC unit pressure/flow switch is required to be tested monthly and the results recorded.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
The flow meter is not properly functioning. The peg was stuck and was not accurately measuring flow.
Repair the flow meter to ensure an accurate flow measurement.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) / "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuos location at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted.
Post the "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" sign at all times the pool is available for use.

-The ACC unit measured pH at 7.5.
-Turn over rate was unable to be determined.
