Some rungs on fence were bent and may present an entrapment issue. Gates did not self close and self latch. Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Ensure all gates self close and self latch. Repair rungs. Pool is guarded and locked at night. |
