Repeat SVRS/ACC test results/service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat The flow meter is not functioning correctly. Flow was not able to be accurately measured.
Repair the flow meter to ensure flow can be accurately measured.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) / "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted
Repeat The posted "no lifeguard" sign does not have a warning statement.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuous location at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted.
Post the "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" sign at all times the pool is available for use.

-The disinfectant residuals and water quality parameters meet code requirement.
-Alkalinity was measured at 70 ppm, the ideal range is 80-120 ppm.
-All required safety equipment was provided.
-The pool perimeter was secure.
-The filter pressure was 15 psi.
-The pool water was clear.
-The ACC unit measured pH at 7.64.
-The spa was not in operation during the pool inspection.
