Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. The person in charge was not aware of the testing method.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Repeat Vac Alert test results/ service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed a wooden gate located near the snack shack is not self closing and self latching.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Recommended to Sue Longo (Assistant Manager) to either permanently lock the gate or ensure the gate is self closing and self latching.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)/Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Noted at .6 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
