3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. At least 2 depth markers must be reinstalled at the wading pool. NOTE: "No Diving" signs are NOT required at wading pools.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b)/SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Repair or replace the Vac Alert SVRS Device so that a secondary means of preventing entrapment is provided as required. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j)/All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
SVRS device was not tested in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Have the SVRS device tested immediately and maintain the test results on site. Vac Alert SVRS Device was tested during inspection and failed to cavitate the pump as designed.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j)/All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
SVRS devices were not maintained or not functional.
Restore all SVRS devices to proper working order to prevent entrapment or evisceration.
